FitBot Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to FitBot! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitBot chatbot ("FitBot", "we", "us", "our") accessible through Facebook Messenger. By using FitBot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use FitBot.

2. Use of FitBot

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FitBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use FitBot; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on FitBot; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your continued use of FitBot after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to the changes.
